About Harini Garments
A Thirumuruganpoondi knitwear unit with a knit-to-carton workflow.
Our story
Started with a few circular knitting machines
Harini Garments began in 2008 with a handful of knitting machines and a small stitching hall in Thirumuruganpoondi, supplying plain T-shirts to Tiruppur exporters. Today the unit makes T-shirts, kidswear and loungewear for brands and retailers across India, with knitting, dyeing partners, cutting, stitching and finishing coordinated in one place.
We keep GSM, shade and measurement records for every style, so repeat orders feel the same as the first batch.

Choosing the right GSM for T-shirts
140 to 160 GSM feels light for summer, 180 to 200 GSM gives a fuller hand, and 220 plus suits premium oversized fits.
Why cotton shrinks and how we control it
We compact and pre-shrink the fabric, then test sample garments through wash cycles before cutting begins.
What makes kidswear safe
Soft neck tapes, no loose trims and smooth inner seams. We avoid small detachable parts on younger sizes.
Starting a private-label T-shirt line
Pick two or three core fits, confirm size charts first and keep colours tight. Add prints once the base sells.
Washing cotton knitwear
Wash cold or warm, avoid harsh bleach and dry in shade to keep colour and shape for longer.

Terms & Conditions

Orders
Rates are valid for the period on the quote. An order is confirmed on our written acceptance, approved sample and the agreed advance.
Production and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates based on capacity and yarn or fabric availability and may shift with delays beyond our control.
Inspection
Please check goods on delivery. Quantity or quality complaints must be raised in writing within 3 days of receipt.
Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to the courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
Refund & Cancellation
Effective 12 October 2026
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before fabric is cut. Once cutting or dyeing starts for your order, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Goods can be returned only for stitching defects or a mismatch with the approved sample, with photos shared within 3 days. Worn or washed items are not accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds or credit notes are issued within 10 working days.
